This is an advanced 2.0 workshop as attendees must be implementing EOS with Kevin or another professional implementer (or done so previously) and have managed people for a minimum of one year. This allows for a baseline understanding of EOS tools and people management experience to draw from in leveling up the discussion and shared learning.
